Certified EBQ/EBT (Evidence-Based Qigong/Tai Chi) Instructor Michelle Letendre from the Center for Health Promotionwill teach you a series of qigong exercises that you can easily practice at home. With regular practice, qigong/tai chi have been proven effective in improving your sleep, supporting your immune system, and improving your overall health and wellbeing. This five week course will enable you to develop your own 20-30 minute routine for daily practice. Drop ins welcome, try one class, or take the series. Wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes.
Classes to be held weekly on Thursdays at 2-3 p.m. (4/9 - 5/7)
