Guided Mindful Meditation: Eating Meditation

Come join April McNally from the Center for Health Promotion to learn about and practice an eating meditation. Participating in mindful meditation can help relieve stress, improve concentration, lower anxiety and depression, and improve sleep.
Note: students should have a snack or small meal with them for this meditation.
