Guided Meditation with April from the Center for Health Promotion

Guided Meditation - Join April McNally from the Center for Health Promotion to learn and practice various guided meditations. General format: Introduction, ~30 minutes of practice, followed by brief check in/discussion/how to integrate into daily life.
