Create a public web presence for your teaching or research with WordPress, an easy-to-use platform for building websites and blogs. Common uses by faculty include scholarly portfolios, personal blogs, blogs authored by students as part of a course, public-facing course websites, and informational websites for labs, centers, or research groups. 

In this hands-on introductory workshop you'll learn the basics of  the Dashboard control panel on Blogs at UMass, the WordPress service provided by UMass Amherst Information Technology.
