The Yuri Kochiyama Cultural Center will be hosting an opening reception for this student-led art exhibit. The exhibit showcases the art created by Jerome Tiunayan, an artist based in New York. His more recent work focuses on Filipino familial relations and ingrained sexual repression.
Other featured work are creations of Asian American artists from the Five Colleges:
UMass Amherst: Jessica Chien, Nuri On, Sam Wong, Laila Mai-Nguyen, David Ke, Costim Thampikuttym
Amherst College: Jennifer Lee, Gloria Koh
Mount Holyoke College: Sasha Braverman
The art exhibition will be on view until Friday, April 7th

Directions:
The Student Union Art Gallery is located at the center of the UMass Amherst campus, on the south side of the Student Union building, facing the pond. It is is a short walk from the campus garage.
