Drop-in Series: 'Mindfulness for All'

Mindfulness for All is a drop in, eight-week series of one-hour sessions for all members of the UMass Amherst campus community. Experience secular mindfulness activities such as breathing, gratitude practice, music, mindful movement, contemplative listening, walking meditation, and more. Activities are designed to help reduce stress, contributing to the overall positive climate on campus, including in working and studying environments.

Mindfulness for All Program is supported by the Campus Climate Improvement Grant of the Office of Equity and Inclusion and is open to all campus community members. Supervisors are encouraged to provide release time for the employees to participate in the program sessions.
