The University Union hosts, "Do You Have the Right to Do Drugs?", a debate between Jeffrey Miron and David Murray. UMass Provost Katherine Newman will moderate the debate.

Jeffrey Miron is a Senior Lecturer and Director of Undergraduate Studies in the Department of Economics at Harvard University, as well as Director of Economics Studies at the Cato Institute.

David Murray is a Senior Fellow at Hudson Institute where he co-directs the Center for Substance Abuse Policy Research. He is formerly  the Chief Scientist and Associate Deputy Director (Supply Reduction) in the federal government’s Office of National Drug Control Policy. 


Bowker Auditorium is located within Stockbridge Hall.
