These extraordinary times are calling for all of us to adapt to new ways of living our usual lives, and show up big in different ways. Setting up additional structures of support and opportunities to create (virtual) social connection can be an important step in boosting well-being, staying engaged, and enabling us to meet the challenges before us.
To help with feelings of isolation, overwhelm, or lack of motivation, we will be offering two virtual launches of the program, CoJourn, for all members of the UMass community.
CoJourn is a personal development program that trains pairs of people to partner up for more external accountability, connection, and support as they pursue goals. The program taps into the two major ways to increase well-being and happiness in life: working toward a goal and building a meaningful relationship.
Please join us in a virtual Zoom launch with the co-founders of CoJourn (and UMass Alum), Molly Keehn, Ed.D. and Karl Henricksen, to learn about a 12-week version of CoJourn for additional support at this time!
