The Committee for the Collegiate Education of Black and Other Minority Students (CCEBMS) program was designed and developed in 1967, by a group of concerned black faculty and staff members from the Five College area. The first CCEBMS class, in 1968, consisted of 125 black students. Over the years, thousands of 1st generation students from various ethnic and economic backgrounds, including white and nontraditional students, have completed their college education with the support of the CCEBMS program.

Join with us as we celebrate the legacy and success of our alumni from the classes of 1968-2015, as we listen to the stories from our Black Pioneers as they share their experiences during our “Telling Your Story Video Series."

The CCEBMS Legacy Celebration weekend, is held in conjunction with Soul Fest week, as we “Connect Leaders from the Past to Present to Build a Better Future."

Please note: the registration deadline for the weekend's activities is April 15, 2019. We look forward to seeing you.
