As UMass Amherst continues to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, and in accordance with orders issued by the Governor of Massachusetts, restrictions are in place for events taking place on campus.
March 12—August 7, 2020
Free and open to all UMass and Five College students who identify as trans, non-binary, gender non-conforming or questioning.
May 19—September 22, 2020, Tuesdays 5:30 pm-6:30 pm
This group will offer students support with any changes in their life associated with the COVID-19 crisis.
May 20—September 3, 2020, Wednesdays 4:00 pm-5:00 pm
Experiential personal growth group with a focus on mutual support, self-exploration, self-expression, interpersonal relationships, managing anxiety, balancing multiple roles, and addressing obstacles to completing dissertations/theses.
May 20—September 16, 2020, Wednesdays 3:30 pm-5:00 pm
This group is intended for seniors to process and receive connection around losses unique to them.
May 20—September 3, 2020, Wednesdays 4:00 pm-5:30 pm
This group will offer students of color support with any changes in their life associated with the COVID-19 crisis. The group is a drop-in model, where discussion is based on the needs of the group that day. Potential topics of discussion include:

In this free, four-session course designed for college students, you will learn mindfulness practices, including various meditation techniques. Undergraduate and graduate students welcome!
July 16—August 6, 2020, Thursdays 12:00 pm-1:15 pm
