Power dynamics and traditional gender roles are difficult to manage. Toxic masculinity is engrained in the workplace. The implications and the need to address male power in the workplace in terms of sexual harassment are clear. There is a need to re-examining of office culture. How can we address toxic masculinity as a learned, entrenched, and often unconscious behavior that is hindering inclusion, collaboration and growth in organizations?

This installation is a collaborative project between an Indian artist living in the U.S.and her American friend living in India. They recorded initial experiences of the place that each had just moved to. These impressions are inscribed on objects that are peculiar to this new place, something unseen in their country of origin.
