Away from the buzz of campus, this daylong retreat will give UMass faculty of color a chance to regroup and focus on our writing goals while connecting with faculty from across campus. A writing coach will be available throughout the day for one-on-one consultations.

Drawing from the burgeoning collections of visual materials in Special Collections and University Archives (SCUA), the exhibit follows the history of documentary photography from its century origins to its flowering in the post-World War II era.
