Becoming Intentional with Social Media

This drop-in group will invite students to think critically about their social media usage in a nonjudgmental setting. How do we amplify the ways that it serves us and minimize the harm it can cause? Some possible topics will include: self-esteem, stress, shifting habits, escapism, and intentional rest. Join us in the conversation to get some ideas!
