Room: Atrium
UMass Amherst Campus
The UMass Amherst Arts Extension Service, the College of Humanities and Fine Arts, and BDIC are pleased to present the Arts Entrepreneurship Initiative's Spring Arts and Humanities Internship Fair.
The Spring Arts and Humanities Internship Fair will feature local internship opportunities in the arts, arts management, and cultural non-profit fields. Internship providers in attendance will include non-profit arts and cultural organizations, museums, performing arts organizations, galleries, publishers, social justice organizations, creative businesses, and independent artists with fall and spring learning opportunities for UMass students. Refreshments will be provided.
You can see a full listing of all available internships at our Current Arts and Culture Internship Postings.
Students can land an internship in one afternoon! Providers are looking for interns for the fall and spring, and may request to further interview intern candidates immediately following the fair.
Why intern? Career Services recommends arts students complete three internships prior to graduation in order to be competitive in the field. Internships provide students hands-on experience and help them build necessary professional skills through real world practice. Visit our Current Arts and Culture Internship and Job Postings page to see what internships are currently available in our area.
