Afro Braiding Contest registration is open: The CMASS second annual Afro-Braiding invites the 5 college community to join the ancestral art of Afro-diasporic braiding competition.

This announcement is posted early to allow enough time for Afro-braiding stylists to look for and recruit models for the competition.

A panel of experts in Afro-braiding will choose the winners of the  4-hour competition.

MXCC will provide some materials (hairbands, some hair products and combs) but contestants need to bring their own specific materials/supplies.

The activity is free and open to the public.
