David Eisen will speak on "Critical Tools for Contemporary Practice."  David Eisen is an architect, writer and educator with a focus on utilizing design as a tool for social transformation. As the architecture critic for the Boston Herald and Boston Phoenix his writing investigated the relationship of design innovation to broader trends in culture, politics, and the often-overlooked aspects of urban life.
