Cyberstalking, cyberbullying, revenge porn, and other forms of sexual harassment and sex-based misbehavior associated with the internet or technology are forms of discrimination and harassment covered under Title IX.
If you are an international student survivor, you are protected under Title IX and the Clery Act just like any American student.
Title IX prohibits educational institutions from discriminating against pregnant students based upon their marital status and cannot discriminate against a student because of childbirth, false pregnancy, or recovery from related conditions.
The university’s protections and procedures regarding certain forms of prohibited misconduct, including sexual misconduct, will apply on and off campus, including to international programs, study abroad opportunities, and university sponsored trips.
