2021 Campus Safety and Violence Prevention Annual Report

In 2020, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts enacted “An Act Relative to Sexual Violence on Higher Education Campuses”. This statute has become known as the “2021 Campus Sexual Assault Law” (M.G.L. Ch. 6, 168D-168E) which requires institutions of higher education in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to submit the "Campus Safety and Violence Prevention Survey” on an annual basis.

The data that follows was submitted in December 2021 to the State of Massachusetts Department of Higher Education for the previous calendar year, as required under the statute M.G.L. c. 6, § 168E(q), enacted by St. 2020, c. 337, § 1.
