Notice of Non-Discrimination

Title IX Non-Discrimination Notice

The University of Massachusetts, Amherst does not discriminate on the basis of sex in the operation and provision of its educational program or activities as required by Title IX of the Educational Amendments Act of 1972, 20 U.S.C. §1681 and by 34 C.F.R. §106.
