Innovation and Entrepreneurship Academy

During the fall, the Berthiaume Center works with campus partners to host the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Academy.

This series of competitions and co-curricular programming encourages students to assess and strategize their innovative ideas.

What Is It?

During the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Academy, you’ll be coached by Berthiaume Center MBA Fellows on how to understand the impact and feasibility of your idea. You’ll work during the semester to create start-up plans and scale your start-ups by attending bootcamps, attending one-on-one meetings with your entrepreneurial mentors, and gaining valuable advice from industry experts and renowned judges’ feedback.

Interested participants can apply to any competitions within the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Academy at any stage.

Who Can Participate?

The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Academy is open to UMass students and graduates of the last decade (GOLD alumni). Startups with for-profit, nonprofit, and hybrid business plans are welcome.
