Collegiate Summer Venture Program

The University of Massachusetts and Valley Venture Mentors are partnering to bring you the Collegiate Summer Venture Program (CSVP).

The Collegiate Summer Venture Program is an intensive two-month summer program designed to support and accelerate student entrepreneurs at various stages in venture development. Ventures will work with dedicated mentors, industry experts, and seasoned entrepreneurs over the summer to accelerate their companies.

We are looking for entrepreneurs who are coachable, committed, available for the entire program, and open to new ideas. The program will occur online via video conference. Need-based scholarships are available for students who otherwise would not participate in the program.

The Collegiate Summer Venture Program is open to all students from American International College, Amherst College, Bay Path University, Elms College, Greenfield Community College, Hampshire College, Holyoke Community College, Mount Holyoke College, Smith College, Springfield College, Springfield Technical Community College, University of Massachusetts, Western New England University, and Westfield State University.

Every participating team member must commit to attending all of the minimum required dates by video conference, along with committing to working on their venture 20+ hours a week outside of the program class hours.

Key Points:

  • Online via video conference
  • Access to mentors, industry experts, and seasoned entrepreneurs
  • Dedicated to growing your business and taking it to the next level
