Nicole O’Connell, PhD candidate in Composition and Rhetoric, was recently a finalist in the UMass Amherst Graduate School’s Three-Minute Thesis (3MT) competition. She presented “Supporting Students’ Futures: Let’s Redesign Career Services” based on her dissertation research.
The 3MT competition is organized by the UMass Amherst Graduate School. It challenges graduate students across disciplines to describe their research in an engaging manner, using non-technical language, all in three minutes or less.
