A new English course will be offered in the spring: Environment, Climate Change, and the Humanities (ENG 190STA).
Can literary study help us think through environmental crises in radical and hopeful ways? How do students in humanities disciplines engage with the most pressing issue of the contemporary moment, the climate crisis? In this class, students discuss such urgent questions and are introduced to pioneering research in the field of the Environmental Humanities.
