Neelofer Qadir's article, "Migritude's Decolonial Lessons" was published by the journal of Eastern African Literature and Cultural Studies this past July. Qadir's article on Shailja Patel's Migritude is part of a special issue of the journal on Indian Ocean Trajectories. 

Qadir is a PhD candidate in the English department at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a Research Associate at the Five College Women's Studies Research Center. For more information about her and her current projects, please visit her website.
