John Hennessy and his translation partner, Ostap Kin, just published Set Change, Selected Poems by Yuri Andrukhovych, in the NYRB/Poets Series. The book received a starred review in Publishers Weekly.

Hennessy and Ostap also learned that Babyn Yar: Ukrainian Poets Respond, their anthology of poems published last year by Harvard University Press, was recently shortlisted for the AATSEE Prize (American Association of Teachers of Slavic and East European Languages) for Best Literary / Scholarly Translation into English. The winner of the prize will be announced in February.

Furthermore, Hennessy's poem "More Sky Please," which appears in his new collection, Exit Garden State, was reprinted in Greening the Earth: A Global Anthology of Poetry, recently published by Penguin India.
