“The Archives of Deborah Miranda’s Bad Indians" with Laura Furlan
Join us for a colloquium with Laura Furlan, titled, "The Archives of Deborah Miranda’s Bad Indians." Drawing from an essay-in-progress, Furlan will discuss the decolonial praxis embedded in translation practices as developed from an Indigenous perspective. She’ll focus the fashioning of these practices by Ohlone/Costanoan-Esselen and Chumash author Deborah Miranda in her memoir Bad Indians.
Attend on Zoom.
