Danica Fuerst

Danica (she/they) is a first-year MA/PhD student in Composition and Rhetoric and a teacher in the Writing Program. Her research interests are in queer, trans, and feminist rhetorics and theories. She is interested in applying these areas to a multitude of topics, including but not limited to rhetoric of the voice and writing pedagogy. She received her B.A. in Professional Writing from Murray State University in southwestern Kentucky. Off campus, Danica enjoys cycling (without being a nerd about it), hiking, and cooking (with being a nerd about it).
