The College's 136 faculty members in five academic departments conduct more than $50 million annually in research areas such as advanced manufacturing and supply chain management; AI, autonomy, and robotics; computing and cybersecurity; energy, environment, and water; health care and biomedicine; materials and nanotechnology; pervasive sensing and communications; and smart communities and infrastructure.

The College of Engineering faculty are dedicated to effective teaching and committed to mentoring the College's ~2,300 undergraduate and ~750 graduate students.
