Carly McCann is currently a doctoral student in the Department of Economics at UMass Amherst. Her research interests include gender and labor, feminist economics, and employment discrimination. Her recent work examined employer responses to sexual harassment charges filed with the EEOC. Her current work analyzes workplace pregnancy discrimination.
