MEDICAL EMERGENCY

Call 911 or UMPD (413-545-3111) for life-threatening emergencies. Be prepared to provide the following information:
- Location, preferably address and/or building/street name
- Nature of injury or illness
- Victim's current status
- Do not move the victim unless they are in immediate danger.
- Stay with the victim until the emergency personnel arrive.
University Health Services (UHS) is available for non life-threatening injuries/illnesses as they provide a wide range of health and prevention services, such as:
- Illness protection
- Sexual assault prevention and campus escorts
- First aid kit information
