Carolyn Eisenberg

Carolyn Eisenberg is Professor of U.S. History and American Foreign Policy at Hofstra University. She has recently completed a book on the Nixon period of the Vietnam War, Never Lose: Nixon, Kissinger and the Illusion of National Security. Her previous book, Drawing the Line: the American Decision to Divide Germany, 1944-49, was awarded the Stuart Bernath Prize from the Society of Historians of Foreign Relation. Eisenberg is a Founder of Brooklyn for Peace and Legislative Coordinator for Historians for Peace and Democracy.
