Conferences

The annual EEODataNet Conference is a place where academic and EEOC resarchers, and representatives from the Department of Labor, Department of Justice and Federal Office of Personnel Management gather to discuss current research, issues and needs, while continuing to develop a network of Equal Employment Opportunity scholars. The project team works closely with EEOC staff to create a conference agenda each year that involves discussions of cutting edge research under way on EEO issues, the research needs of federal civil rights agencies, and the available data across the federal government that either is currently used by researchers or could be expanded.
