Dr. Carmen Woodhall, Coordinator of Science Education Online, is working with co-author, Vicky Zygouris-Coe, on the book, Disciplinary Literacy Strategies that Support Science Learning in Grades 9-12, to be published in Fall 2020 by the National Science Teaching Association (NSTA). The book will provide 28 strategies designed to assist middle and high school science teachers as they support and strengthen student literacy skills in science learning with examples in four main disciplines: Biology, Earth Science, Chemistry, and Physics.
