Kimball awarded 2015 Emerging Scholars Award from ACPA

Ezekiel Kimball, assistant professor, Department of Educational Policy, Research and Administration, was selected as one of six national recipients of the 2015 Emerging Scholars Award by College Student Educators, International (ACPA). The Emerging Scholars Program supports, encourages, and honors early-career individuals who are emerging as contributors to student affairs and higher education scholarship and who are pursuing research initiatives congruent with the mission, interests, and strategic goals of ACPA.

Emerging Scholar award recipients  commit to ongoing engagement in research and scholarship as well as attendance at two consecutive ACPA national conventions, beginning with the ACPA convention immediately following their selection. This is one of the ACPA’s major awards and will be presented on March 6, 2015 at its annual convention in Tampa, Florida.
