Dr. K.C. Nat Turner continues to host Dynamic Mindfulness Meetups over Zoom to support undergraduates, graduate students, faculty, and all staff interested in collaboratively exploring the benefits of dynamic mindfulness in their daily lives. The basic agenda will be about 25 minutes of DMind practice (centering, breathing, movement) and about 25 minutes of follow-up/debrief about a.) your practice b.) sharing the practice c.) future research plans, initiatives, opportunities.
