College of Education Senior Celebration

Saturday, May 18th, 2024, 2:00pm

Location: Campus Center Auditorium

All education majors are invited to attend the Senior Celebration at the Campus Center Auditorium.  The celebration will start at 2:00pm.  Students will hear words from our Dean and a student speaker.  Each graduate will receive a medal and have their name announced as they walk across the stage.  

Arrival

Students should plan to arrive no later than 1:00pm for the ceremony.  If your guest(s) are looking for a bite to eat, it is recommended that they visit one of the food options in the Campus Center.   There will be light snacks for graduates and guests at the event.  

Tickets & Seating

There are no tickets required for attendance.  Seating is first come, first serve.  Seating is reserved for graduates and faculty.  

Live Stream

The Senior Celebration will be live streamed for guest(s) who are unable to attend.  The live stream to the College’s YouTube Channel. 

Parking

Given the unique traffic pattern during Commencement weekend, graduates and guests should plan to park just once to attend both the Undergraduate Commencement and the Education Senior Celebration. To facilitate moving around campus, shuttles will be available on Saturday, May 18, 2024. Please allow plenty of time to drive on and off campus during Commencement weekend.  Parking is free all weekend.
