Profile
Jee Hyun Lee holds a Ph.D. in Korean Linguistics from the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa and a Master’s in East Asian Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles. Before joining the UMass Amherst Korean program, she taught at Harvard University and the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa. Her research interests include pragmatics, sociolinguistics, discourse analysis, conversation analysis, and second/heritage language learning and pedagogy.
