Featured Project: Rise and Renew conference for early childhood professionals

UMDI created a day focused on supporting the well-being of early childhood professionals. Organizers brought educators together for a keynote on practical self-care strategies, workshops addressing burnout, resilience, and adult self-regulation, and wellness experiences such as mindfulness, movement, and sound baths. Multilingual offerings and an emphasis on equity fostered an inclusive environment where participants could reflect, connect, recharge, and strengthen their capacity to support young children and families.
