eLearning Design for the Department of Mental Health
Over the course of their decade-long partnership, UMDI worked with the Department of Mental Health Children’s Behavioral Health Knowledge Center to create a multi-session interactive online course called School of Hard Talks to teach parents about strategies to have better, more productive conversations with teens and young adults.
Video Production for Department of Public Health
UMDI collaborated with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health’s Division for Children and Youth with Special Health Needs on a series of short videos to introduce the CCATER (Care Coordination, Assistance, Training, Education & Resource) Center. These videos were deployed on the CCATER website, in emails, and across social media platforms.
Program Evaluation for Housing Security Community Health Initiative
UMDI provided multi-year evaluation support and progress monitoring for Newton-Wellesley Hospital’s Housing Security Community Health Initiative (CHI), a grant-funded initiative aimed at reducing housing insecurity and addressing inequities affecting local low-income tenants. UMDI’s final evaluation report summarized the housing security services implemented, programs developed, households engaged, and the outcomes documented at the individual, organizational, and community levels at the conclusion of the grant.
