Dr. Marsha Currin McGriff is an esteemed scholar and practitioner with over two decades of experience in advancing global competence and cultural intelligence within higher education.

Kerri is the Title IX Coordinator for the Amherst Campus serving as the Chair of the UMass Amherst Title IX Coordination Team which oversees and consults on Title IX related reports, complaints, Title IX assessments, programming and training on Title IX related matters to the campus.

Emmanuel oversees climate and culture related initiatives, such as the campus climate survey, climate incidents and reporting, and other data collection. Emmanuel holds climate related office hours Monday and Wednesday, 11:30am - 12:30pm. Attend Via Zoom (link in profile)

Linda oversees campus-wide grants, initiatives, and programming, serves as the liaison between OEI and our on- and off-campus communities, and partners with key collaborators to help build a more equitable campus community.

Sarah oversees office operations, human resources, finance, and serves as a special advisor to Vice Chancellor McGriff.

joohyeon supports engagement initiatives and communications for OEI.

Ebru stewards campus communication efforts, events, and initiatives to promote internal and external awareness and understanding of diversity, inclusion and equity on the UMass Amherst campus.

Arnold supports OEI in monitoring, assessing, and improving campus climate. He co-manages, triages, and provides follow up on climate and bias incidents, offering consultation to areas after incidents, supporting campus leaders for continuous climate improvement, and supporting OEI in collecting climate-related data

Penn leads educational initiatives to promote equity, inclusion, justice, and belonging throughout the campus community. In addition to facilitating responsive trainings, workshops, and dialogues for students, staff, and faculty, Penn also provides campus change agents with consultation and advising support to advance equity initiatives within their spheres of influence.

Cas Rego Martin supports education initiatives in the office of equity and inclusion.

Beryl Tang is an Administrative Coordinator for the Office of Equity and Inclusion.
