Arnold supports OEI in monitoring, assessing, and improving campus climate. He co-manages, triages, and provides follow up on climate and bias incidents, offering consultation to areas after incidents, supporting campus leaders for continuous climate improvement, and supporting OEI in collecting climate-related data

Penn leads educational initiatives to promote equity, inclusion, justice, and belonging throughout the campus community.
