Molly Cavanaugh

Molly is a graduate student in the School Counseling program where she's learning how to provide equitable/accessible academic, social-emotional and mental health support for students. She attended UMass as an undergrad from 2014 - 2018. Her professional experience began with a position in human resources at MIT. From there, she worked in administration at a housing shelter for homeless families in NYC, and most recently was employed at a middle school in eastern Massachusetts as a special education assistant.
