Five College Students with Disabilities

Any Five college student enrolled in a UMass course is expected to turn their 5 college accommodation form into UMass DS. Once received and reviewed, the student will receive an email at their UMass email address where they'll be prompted to schedule a meeting with any Access Coordinator to process their accommodation forms and learn how accommodations are implemented at UMass.Given that UMass processes are quite different than the other 4 colleges, the point of this meeting is to clarify how students can obtain the relevant accommodations they are eligible for on their own campus. Following that AC meeting, the student will login to Clockwork and send their accommodation form to their instructors.

Students can choose from thousands of Five College courses that are being taught remotely this semester. Access to Five College courses can help your students:

• take required courses not currently available on their campus
• discover courses never offered on their campus
• find courses that fit their schedule
• take a less commonly taught language

There’s never a charge for enrolling in a course on a Five College campus, and courses are easily credited. Students can register during add-drop.
