The mission of UMass Disability Services is to provide equitable access to quality higher education and campus life through reasonable accommodations, using an interactive process. We promote self-advocacy and connect students to resources as they navigate their college experience.

Our vision is to cultivate an accessible environment for students, with the goal of working towards a more just world. Through collaboration with campus stakeholders, we work to foster diverse, inclusive learning and social communities for the empowerment of all students.
