Disability Services is pleased to announce the creation of four new step-by-step video tutorials to orient students to some of the modules in our database system, Clockwork.

All the videos are embedded in our webpages, opening in a pop-up window that does not navigate away from the page. The videos can be opened in YouTube by clicking on the video title from the pop-up window or by following the links below, but the videos are unlisted in YouTube and therefore do not show up in search engines like Google or YouTube itself.

For students who have not yet registered with Disability Services, our Prepare to Register page now has an embedded video tutorial for how to register with Disability Services

For students who have academic accommodations, our Sending Accommodation Letters to Instructors page includes not only overview instructions but also a downloadable "quick guide" and an embedded video tutorial for how to send accommodation letters to instructors

Several academic accommodations have additional steps to take in Clockwork after sending accommodation letters. The Note Taking  Accommodations page has a video tutorial for how to use the peer note taker accommodation, and the Exam Accommodations page has a video for how to schedule an exam in the Exam Proctoring Center

These videos all contain screenshots of the respective processes, and at many points a red rectangle outline is added to orient you to section being discussed. The videos are best viewed in full screen mode, and you can also adjust the playback speed in YouTube under Settings.
