Xi Chen is a visiting scholar of National Center of Digital Government, University of Massachusetts Amherst from the College of Administration of Jilin University, China. She is focusing on Public Administration and Public Policy. Her research interests are evaluating the performance of the government portal websites; analysis and redesign of the performance evaluation index system of the government portal websites; and cross-agency collaboration.
