Kuno Schedler was a Visiting Faculty Fellow at the NCDG the Institute for Public Services and Tourism at the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) from 2002-2003. Professor Schedler shared the methodology, data and results of his national survey of e-government use by citizens with NCDG researchers while in residence.  He continued his research at NCDG, provided a one-day workshop on the E-Government Barometer in Switzerland and gave a seminar lecture on this research program.  He continues to collaborate with David Lazer and to engage in personnel exchanges.
