Sandra Haire is a 2008 Research Fellow with the National Center for Digital Government. She is a PhD Candidate with the Department of Natural Resources Conservation at UMass Amherst. Her expertise is in quantitative analysis, and she is working on data analysis as part of the open source collaboration research project under the direction of Associate Director Schweik.
