Ms. Martina is an e-service officer at the Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies of the Republic of Indonesia. Her research focuses on Internet governance and inclusion in the information society. Ms. Martina’s research seeks to design a management model of the country code top level domain .INDONESIA (ccTLD .ID). This management model is based on a multistakeholders system that encourages transparency, and supports wide involvement of the government, non-profit organizations, academics, and private sector in Internet governance. The project will compare and analyze different ccTLD management models applied by other countries, and offer recommendations for the design of a model that best responds to cultural specificities, readiness, and various issues surrounding emerging and multifarious information societies in Indonesia.
