In spite of their long service to the king, the soldiers of Malabant receive hardly any wages upon their discharge. When one soldier protests this unfair treatment and predicts that the king will one day lose all his wealth, he is thrown into the dungeon. There, he meets Strong Man, who sneezes down the prison gate and allows the pair to escape. They are joined by four additional companions with special abilities: a lightening-fast sprinter, a musician whose fiddle can make anyone dance, a hunter with eagle vision, and a girl who can create frost. Together, the six friends challenge the king and bring justice to the people. Based on a fairytale by the Brothers Grimm.
